Tsunami Relocates Japanese Fishing Boat to Canada

My suspicions were correct; the Pacific Ocean is also an Indian giver.  Just like we saw earlier this year with a 26ftRegulator in the Atlantic Ocean, the Pacific has decided to return a 200ft squid fishing vessel it took during last year’s Japanese tsunami.  The vessel was spotted by a surveillance aircraft and was identified by its registration number.  The derelict looking fishing boat is still drifting about 140 nautical miles off the coast of Haida Gwaii (I had to check the map too).  There are currently no plans to recover the vessel; maybe the owner had good insurance.
