Video: The Boat Graveyard of Colington – Where Boats go to Die

Ever wonder where a boat goes when it dies?  Apparently, in Colington, North Carolina they meander up a creek and lay themselves to rest in a salty estuary.  Colington Island is part of the Outer Banks in North Carolina where travel by boat is just as viable an option as your car.  Just watch out for the rusty engine block peering up from the deep, and the mangled hulls littering the shoreline.  Check out the video after the jump to see the decaying ‘boat’casses for yourself.
