For you South Florida readers looking for something to do this weekend, check out the Florida Marine Flea Market and Seafood Festival. The event starts today Sept 7th and goes through Sunday, Sept 9th and will be held at the South Florida Fairgrounds in West Palm Beach. There promises to be plenty of new and used boat parts, fishing gear, any and all marine related artifacts, and probably plenty of junk that has nothing to do with boats; but hey, it’s a flea market, that’s half the fun. My personal favorite at these events is grabbing a greasy bite to eat and sitting back to do some people watching. There is also a boat auction being held on Sunday, Sept 9th.
