Go-Fast Thursday w/videos

Is it Friday yet?  I think a better title for this post would have been "Go-Fast Friday", but then I'd be a liar because it is only Thursday.  I won't delay the go-fast footage too much here; the first video after the jump is from this year's Space Coast Super Boat Grand Prix and it features plenty of super boat action from the beach.  The second video is shot from the cockpit of a hydroplane, there are no exact speed numbers but you can see from the footage it is pretty freakin fast.  It's a good glimpse into the white knuckle conditions these pilots face the constant spray on the canopy reducing visibility, the load engine just behind your ears; it makes me want to go fast.  One quick warning, turn the volume down on the second video, it gets pretty loud.  Hopefully, if you are just working for the weekend at this point, these videos will help get you there faster.
