The Jetbike Life w/video

Source: Jetovator
Get your aviator sunglasses out and get ready to strut down the dock in your wetsuit like a jet pilot.  Let’s face it, unless your name is Alexander Petrovic, your PWC just doesn’t have enough vertical lift.  Who wants to be stuck in two dimensions anyway.  With the help of this clever attachment you can break your PWC’s glass ceiling and grab some sky.

The Jetovator is a fiberglass motorcycle style body with three water jet nozzles to propel you around like a jet pilot.  The jetovator attaches to your existing PWC and utilizes its jet pump for propulsion.  The whole mechanism is designed to quickly detach to allow the PWC to go back to 2D land (yawn).  Currently the only way to control the thrust is by the PWCs throttle, but Jetovator is in testing with a set of fly by wire controls that will give the jet pilot full control of the thrust.  The basic kit retails for $8,975 (that doesn’t include the high output PWC you already have to own)

Check out the video of a few Jetovators flying in formation after the jump.
