Official: P1 SuperStock USA Announces 2012 Race Schedule w/Video

The second season of the one-design P1 SuperStock USA series is set to open March 30^th –April 1^st in St. Cloud, FL.  If you are unfamiliar with the series, it is fielded by teams piloting the P1 Panther 250; a 28ft stepped hull with a two-stroke 250hp Evinrude outboard engine.  The boats race at speeds in excess of 65mph.  This year’s race schedule will consist of five races and organizers are excited about the amount of interest the sport has generated.  With continued interest, organizers have plans to move the series to a regional format by 2013.  See the schedule below for a race venue near you.  Click past the jump for a promo video of the series races.
